Faith Vaughan receives her award from Chris Jones
Five year old Faith Vaughan was recently presented with her Swim Channel ‘Teaching Swimmer of the Month’ certificate for June by British 100m breaststroke Champion and Commonwealth medallist Chris Jones.
Faith only joined the Swim Channel programme about four months ago as a non-swimmer but has worked very hard in lessons and has made exceptional progress, achieving the ASA Level 2 award. She swims once a week under the tutelage of Barbara Beckett and will now begin work towards ASA Level 3 in August when she returns after the summer break.
