It was a bad day at the office for Swindon Dolphin’s James Clark, Cathal Westman and Rosie Wells on the last day of the ASA National Age Group Championships (Bagcats) in Sheffield. The three swimmers recorded times considerably short of their personal bests and they all failed to qualify for the finals.
James Clark
Clark a bronze medallist and Westman a silver medallist in 2006, finished a disappointing twelfth and thirteenth respectively in the 200m breaststroke.
Rosie Wells was twenty ninth in the 200m backstroke.

Tomorrow sees the start of the ASA Swim 21 National Youth and ASA National Championships at the same venue.
