Gold - Liam Herbert
Liam Herbert’s outstanding recent form earned him first place in the boys’ 13 year old group in the South West Regional sprint competition at Gloucester on Sunday. Following on from his successes in the Moonraker League the previous evening, Herbert achieved personal best times in all five events, finishing nearly 100 points clear of his nearest rival. Kath Baker took silver in the girl's 19 and over category.

The competition, which comprises of 50m sprints in all strokes and a 100m individual medley, saw the swimmers in the small Dolphin squad consistently meet or beat their entry times.
In addition to the medallists, there were eye catching performances from Charlotte Gardo (5th in the 11 year old girls), Megan Jones (9th in the 12 year old girls) and Milly Unalan (4th in the 14 year old girls).
